J. Michael is many different things to many different people; a business relationship management specialist, a mortgage professional with 30 years in the financial arena, a new construction and remodeling expert with contractor experience and a Washington State certified instructor to the real estate and banking industry. His commitment and enthusiasm toward his business and solving his customer's issues has propelled him to the forefront in the banking industry.

J. Michael has been active as a FDIC bank loan officer over the past 12 years and has had an additional 20 years in the financial and real estate sector as a business owner an entrepreneur
He has had the challenge of owning and operating numerous businesses in a multi state environment with the responsibility for hundreds of employees. This enables him to relate with personal experience with all the self employed business owners.

As a US Navy veteran he can relate to most military situations. He had the privilege of flying off aircraft carriers and traveling around the world for 6 years. His tour of duty included such desirable places as Karachi, Pakistan, Aden, Saudi Arabia, Malta, Naples, Cuba well on and on pretty much the whole world.....really was very lucky; joined the Navy to stay home and saw the world.

He has become an expert with VA and FHA loans and welcomes the chance to help any US service personnel, retired or active to find the home of their dreams.
He is a Washington state instructor for the real estate industry and is a certified instructor to teach: the use of computers and or other technologies as applied to the practice of real estate, Real estate finance, current trends &issues, consumer protection, construction and land development, business management and advanced management practices.
